What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect assembly not in accordance with the provided instructions.
• Water or moisture damage, excessive heat, or exposure to direct sunlight.
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone not authorized by Modern Cottage Furniture.

Duration

The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

How to Make a Claim?

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us via email at moderncottagefurnitures@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include photos of the damage or defect for evaluation.
3. Upon approval, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, excluding shipping fees if applicable.

Spare Parts Availability

In case of damage due to misuse or accidents not covered by the warranty, we offer spare parts at symbolic prices. Please contact us to inquire about part availability.

Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim is approved, shipping costs for the replacement parts or products may apply depending on your location and the nature of the claim.

Limitations

This warranty is valid for furniture purchased directly from Modern Cottage Furniture or authorized resellers. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
